Microphone calibration and MIDI settings stay on your device.Who processes itSign-up and sign-in are handled by Clerk. Practice data is stored in Convex. The site is hosted on Vercel. Error reports, including technical details of the browser, audio output and MIDI device during practice, go to Sentry so we can fix problems.Feedback and support chatWe use Crisp for feedback and support on the website and web app. Crisp processes your messages, chat session cookies, IP address, browser information and page visits. In the web app we also provide your signed-in name and email address so we can follow up, plus the app language and whether you contacted us from the website or app. We do not send microphone audio or MIDI recordings to Crisp.Optional analyticsWith your permission, Google Analytics and PostHog measure visits, exercise starts and completions, registration, and course use. A cookie shares your choice and anonymous visitor identity between our website and app. After sign-in, an internal account ID links practice to your account; we do not send names, email addresses, form contents, recordings, or microphone audio to these analytics services. You can change your choice using Analytics preferences at the bottom of any page. Declining does not limit practice.MicrophoneIn Game Mode the app can listen for your hits through the microphone. Detection runs on your device; audio is never sent or stored.Deleting your accountWant your account and practice data deleted? Contact us and we'll delete all of it.
